How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Most bathroom renovations take between 1 and 3 weeks depending on the size and scope of the project. A
standard bathroom refurbishment typically takes 7 to 10 working days. A larger bathroom or one involving a
wet room, underfloor heating, or significant plumbing changes may take 2 to 3 weeks. Syed will give you a
clear timeline estimate during your free site visit before any work begins.
How much does a bathroom renovation cost in London?

Bathroom renovation costs in London typically range from £6,000 to £22,000 depending on the size of the
bathroom, the fixtures and finishes chosen, and the scope of work involved. We provide a clear, itemised
quote after Syed visits your home, so you know exactly what you're paying for before committing to
anything.
Do I need to supply my own bathroom fixtures and tiles?

No, we handle everything. Through our network of trusted suppliers we source and coordinate the delivery of
all required materials, store them securely, and carry out quality checks before installation begins. You
choose what you want and we take care of the rest. We work with suppliers including Victorian Plumbing,
Drench, Topps Tiles and Mandarin Stone, and we seek trade discounts wherever possible to pass savings
directly on to you.
Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. All workmanship is covered by a 12-month guarantee against faulty labour as standard on every project.
If anything falls short of your expectations within the first year, we will return and put it right at no
additional cost to you. This guarantee is backed by our £5M Public Liability Insurance for complete peace of
mind.
Do you use subcontractors or your own team?

Both. Our bathroom fitters are employed by A&G and work on our projects only, so the same faces are in
your home from strip-out to handover. Specialist trades are different: electrical, plumbing and gas work is
carried out by certified partners we work with regularly, Gas Safe registered engineers and NICEIC
certified electricians. We coordinate them, so you deal with one point of contact throughout rather than
booking and chasing trades yourself.
Do you charge a fee for quoting, or use a matching service?

No. The site visit and the written proposal are free, and there is no obligation to proceed. If you
contact us directly there is also no agency or matching-platform commission in your quote. Those platforms
are free for you to use because they charge the builder a percentage of every job won, and that cost has to
be recovered somewhere. Our direct quotes are typically 10–15% lower than the same project priced
through a matching service, because the commission is not there to pass on.
What areas of London do you cover?

We cover Greater London inside the M25. Recent bathrooms include Marylebone and Little Venice in the
west, Canning Town and Poplar in the east, Walworth and Myatt's Fields in the south, Aldersbrook in the

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

Once you submit an enquiry, Gintare from our team will be in touch to confirm a convenient time for a free
site visit. Syed, our estimator, will come to your home, take precise measurements, listen to your vision,
and answer every question. A clear, itemised proposal is then prepared and sent to you for review, with no
obligation to proceed. Most clients receive their proposal within a few days of the site visit.
